“Draw Fill” includes “Chaos Wallpaper”, a screen-printed wallpaper installed to chair rail height that is a swirl of appropriated dropping, falling, and flying images from children’s books. The drawings in the frame prints above are from a 3-year collection of images of tea parties, the kitchen table, and family dinners from children’s books. This piece is about the push and pull between what is and what is expected from motherhood.
